Hi Everyone!

Looking for some help.

I had a borderline result on my fasting glucose for 5.3mmol. The other two results for this 75 glucose test were normal. Under 8 at both one hour and two hours.

I then was told I had GD and needed to come in to be observed for 24 hours.

My first result two hours after eating was 5.1mmol.

The second test they did, noone showed until later, so I had my dinner and then they brought me a snack. They took bloods an hour after I ate the snack - the result was 5.6mmol.

My doctor then told me again that I have GD.

My fasting result this morning was 4.7mmol.

All these numbers seem good to me and well within the normal ranges that I have read about.

Can someone help me understand why my Dr thinks I have GD?
