On the fence about traveling with baby

I live in Ohio, and my sister lives in San Diego. She’s getting married in April, and of course we are going to the wedding. I’m on the fence about if I should bring my daughter or not. I can’t stand the thought of being that far from her for 4-5 days, but taking her would also be very difficult. Although I wouldn’t normally mention it, my sister is half, we have the same dad but not the same mom. Our dad has not been in our lives, and none of our mutual family is going to the wedding. (Sad for her on that note too.) Anyway, if I brought my daughter, there would be no one aside from my husband and I available to help watch her if we are involved with wedding activities. I can leave her here with my mom while we go, but I can’t stand leaving her. 😩

Any tips? Maybe any travel tips too if I decide to take her? It would be a rather long plane ride. 😭
