Currently at L&D

They've been monitoring me since yesterday morning for pre-eclampsia symptoms. (urine in pee, floaters in eyes, BP 149/96 when my typical BP is 115-120/60-70).

Ive been having contractions since I got here, but my BP went down. I have to wait a few hours to see the doctor again so what I'm wondering is, for anyone that has been monitored and seen their contractions on the monitor. Do you know is contractions getting up to 80 are the real thing? In between contractions it lingers around 25.

Update: I'm being induced this Saturday at 38 weeks 😮👏 Super nervous now, I can't stand the waiting!
