How many babies do you have via c-section?

So this is my 3rd baby via cesarean and I honestly wasn’t even expecting to be pregnant a 3rd time I was set on having my 2 girls. Oh and behold babygirl #3 is on the way 🤦🏽‍♀️ Lawd. But I am happy. Not gonna lie I cried like a baby when they said another girl I wanted a boy so bad lol but anyways my s/o does want another baby  down the line because this is his first. My other 2 are from a previous marriage and I would love to have a boy but god am I scared to get another girl and I know the risks are greater after a 3rd cesarean. While I’ve had the last surgeon tell me he has performed 5-6 c-sections on one person with no issues, my current surgeon has told me it’s not safe after the 3rd so I’m curious is there any moms here that have had multiple babies via c-section?

Following, I’m also wondering about this. After my emergency c section I cried every day for 6 weeks grieving because I thought I would have to give up on my dream of having a big family. I still cry when thinking about it

I’m in the U.K. and have had 4 sections. I’m pregnant with my 5th and was panicking. I saw my consultant yesterday who put my mind right at ease. There are risks involved but no more than anyone having a repeat section. You’ll be fine, give me a shout if you have any more questions

A woman on here said she was going for her 5th c section. I guess it really just depends on how much scar tissue you have inside and if your uterus has not attached to any other organs.

It's risky after c section number 1. That being said the chances are very low with these risks even after number 3. It's really up to you if you really want more than the 3. If you had fairly uncomplicated pregnancies and c sections I would probably have another. I'm trying for our 4th and final. That will make it my fourth c section. I have gone over all risks with my OB and while she doesn't encourage me having another because of known risks that come with it she said she wouldn't flat out tell me not to have another. If I move fwd I would be treated as high risk and be monitored more then normal. I would do all of your research of risks and of what could happen before making a solid decision if I were you and then go from there.

Well I did end up with the 3rd csection and it was an extremely extensive surgery..they had to separate my whole abdominal wall from my uterus becaus scar tissue made it fuse together and after doing so they cut out all the scar tissue and created a whole new incision for me took 3 hours def had complications and they ended up having to put me to sleep

I had an emergency c section with number 1. I had major complications with infections, they had to reopen it.  Took 3 months to close. My new doc didnt even blink with concern. I wouldn't stress unlesd your doc said so.
