I got my hair done Friday for a root touch up. I go to get my hair a light ash blonde which looks like this:

From what I understand she usually bleached my roots, washes, then tones my hair once or twice. This time she was rushing and I feel like she rubbed the toner in and then washed it out after like five minutes.. well now it’s literally like strawberry blonde/orange in my roots and I’m not fond. I know how to tone my hair myself with Wella Color Charm t18 but the real question is that I’m not sure if I need to bleach my roots again or not based on this orangey color I got in my hair. This is what my roots look like:

Do I need to lighten them again or do you think toner will do the trick?

I do not want red hair right now:/
