Had my first anxiety attack today
I lost my son in June at 36 weeks. I’m currently 12+5 with twins. Today I finally got out and about, we announced our pregnancy last night, but while I was getting my hair cut my heart rate got up and it was hard for me to get a deep breath in. I really think I had a small anxiety attack. And then after that at the store I had another episode. Anyone else dealing with this? How do you handle it😔 I’m also so drained now like so so tired
