Occiput posterior position anyone ?

Question

I went for a scan today and baby is head down but unfortunately baby is facing my anterior placenta, when his face should be facing my back. 
Does anyone know what it means for birth ? Will I be able to have the baby vaginally in this position ? 
I’m 33 + 5 days. Anterior placenta high.

I delivered 3 of my 5 sunny side up ... causes back labor but doesn’t prevent a vaginal

I have a cousin who delivered hers sunny side up and he had pretty bad facial trauma, bruises to his face and a broken/ squished nose. But he recovered and is fine now and I know a lot of women have perfectly smooth deliveries that way as well.

I delivered my oldest daughter OP. I had crazy back labor and her face came out bruised but it was otherwise totally doable. Not all that uncommon honestly. If your baby is still OP during labour there are techniques and positions to try to turn them. In my situation they didn’t realize she was backwards until she was already crowning lol

Just try to get baby to turn and see if your doctor would allow vaginal delivery. My son was facing forward and looking up when I was in labor. That entire labor I was on all fours and he eventually went into the right position allowing me to deliver him. He had some facial bruising that went away in a day or two after.
