1st cycle on femera PCOS

Today was CD 14 i had my second mid cycle scan and my ovaries were still pretty quite. Even from my last scan on CD 7. My lining was thicken but my follicles was not growing. All my OPKs were neg so i was already for sure that i did not ovulated. Was testing from CD 11-14. Since my ovaries were so quite, my REI doctor gave us the go ahead to repeat femera. This time we bumped up from 5mg to 7.5 mg. That was the very upside to this cycle. But i was still upset that my body did not respond the way i thought my body was suppose too.
