Back Pain from ovarian cysts

Has anyone had ovarian cysts removed during pregnancy? And if so did this relieve back pain? (Specifically SI joint pain.)

I have muscle relaxers (mild ones), Tylenol, heating pad, ice, and I am doing physical therapy exercises and I can barely walk without my husband holding me up. I know the cysts need to come out. However, I’m afraid that I might undergo surgery and my back pain will still be there. Please let me know if you have experience with this! I am in my first trimester and I really don’t want to have a risky surgery for no reason!
