Just been put on complete bed rest

Since nov 24th i had minor pain in my upper right abdomen by my rib cage. The dr did ultrasounds on kidneys liver gallbladder and my bladder. They first said i have fluid in my right kidney. The pain went from minor to major this past friday so i ended up in er. They send me straight up to labor and Delivery as i told them the baby is fine. He is moving around like crazy. They wanted to check on the baby. They called my OB and he said from my symptoms i have gallstones. But the ultrasound stated my gallbladder was fine. So yesterday i end back in the er. For more intense pain. They tried to send me to labor and delivery i said baby was checked friday but i was not! Im in horrible pain. They give me the lowest dose of morphine as possible so they dont hurt the baby. It didn't take my pain away. They do more ultrasounds on the same things as before. Now they said its 1 of two things. Either i have a kidney stone lodged in my tube leading to my bladder or my enlarge uterus is crushing that tube causing it to widen where it should be thin. But my pain is not there. Its at my gallbladder. So i cant sit stand wash a dish bend over or yell without pain so they took me out of work. I go to my OB thursday morning or tomorrow because he says they are stupid. All i knw is im no dr but im in pain. Tylenol doesnt touch it! They are leaning more towards how im carrying my son.

There is my big boy at 22 weeks im now 24 weeks. Baby is fine but mom is not :(
