Just leaving 7w3d ultrasound and the doctor didn't find heartbeat. They found 3 fibroids and saw the gestational sack and yolk sack but they are thinking 1 of 2 things is happening. 1.) My timing is off and I'm too early to see the heartbeat, or 2.) Miscarriage. I have to wait another 2 weeks before going back. I'm so hurt and worried right now. Has this happened to anyone else??? Please let me know if I'm overreacting?? 1st baby, just really worried. Any advice would help. ❤
