Ovulation and then yeast infection??!

OK so I ovulated as you can see last week and now this week I have a yeast infection : -/ Its not extremely bad but just a little itchy and white discharge. I know it's extremely early but could this be the beginning stages of a hormone change in early pregnancy?

It could be. I developed a yeast infection after ovulation one cycle and got excited as I thought it could mean pregnancy. But my af turned up like normal x

I am currently 6 weeks pregnant and go a yeast infection before my BFP!! Doctor told me it's a huge sign of pregnancy.

It could also be hormone changes before period.  I get one almost every month before my period comes.
