SPD at 13 weeks
I suffered with SPD during my first pregnancy but it only kicked in 20 something weeks. I woke up on Monday in agony when I move and realised it’s SPD again but never thought I could get it this early 😢 I’ve a referral for the physio but just wanted to hear anyone else’s experiences
