First <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> failed with no frozen.. and ended in chemical.. I’m clueless what to do and hcg is still increasing so they will not discuss next steps or let me even travel on holidays.. so bugged and trying to keep it all together

We have unexplained infertility and I turn 34 in Jan and we are completely clueless why we did not produce more embryos or even what we need to do next.. can anyone advice if they did anything different for second <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> and what protocol they followed.. also we were advised that we do not need to consider pgs.. now I’m starting Coq10 and dhea.. wondering if I should do acupuncture? Has anyone had success with acupuncture for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a>? I’m really looking for help and inputs from anyone at this point and will appreciate any inputs you can provide
