I just want one thing

Ok so my bf & I been together 4 years (lived together 2years) &we have minor issues with communicating how we feel. He can be easily angered & its fair to say im kinda lazy (I work 3 pt jobs tho). Hear me when I say im so in love with this man, he is my lover my man my ying to my yang.. the issue is hes not affectionate. Ex are better: he doesn't ask how was your day, he doesn't give me hugs for no reason. Those are two simple minor things but women know what I mean when I say he doesn't love ON me.... soo one of my jobs theres this co worker I just want to ride his dick one time. Thats it. me & the coworker get along great im not sure really if he's spoken for but he knows I have a whole man at home that loves me as much as I love him. Me & bf have couples counseling scheduled for early February due to insurance, but how can I ask my coworker to let me get ONE feel.?
