For those who are going for natural birth
Just want to tell those ladies out there who are going for a natural, non medicated vaginal birth that I really recommend Ina May’s guide to childbirth!
It has been an excellent resource of information. I have an OB and am giving birth in the hospital and I have still gotten so much information and confidence in my decision and myself from it as well as questions to ask my healthcare provider.
Any other books y’all recommend??
