I had a sweep done yesterday at around 2 as I was 2 cm dilated and at least 70% thinned. Didn’t have any spotting or blood but def had an increase in cramping and vaginal pressure .

Hips hurt even worse and was hard to turn in bed . Woke up at 5:00 am and just could not fall back asleep I was wide awake .

Today I’ve been nauseous pretty badly since I woke up and have had mild cramps. Generally feeling ill but don’t have a fever at all

Is this normal ? Could labor be starting for me even though I haven’t had bloody show ? Any advice FTM
