Gestational Diabetes Test

So I had my one hour test done, and it came back SUPER low. She said I scored a 43. They consider 70 a low number. Has anyone else had this happen? She said I need more protein, so what snack recommendations do you have? I work full time, on my feet all day. I’m 31 weeks, and I need some advice! ❤️
