Are these pregnancy symptoms or just in my head?

So I’ve experienced some symptoms recently that I have read online could be possible early symptoms of pregnancy so need some help to see what everyone thinks.

I have been having irregular periods but was ‘due’ on the 4th and nothing came apart from one day.

I’ve been very moody for the past week or so at work, I’ve had couple of odd days of spotting (brown), cramping, bloated, tmi but wind, nausea, being super tired and today I’ve done nothing but wee, and the last two days I’ve noticed a white coloured discharge in my knickers.

What does everyone think?
