What vitamins are you poppin?
I’m curious what mixtures of vitamins/supplements y’all are taking for TTC? I’m on Folate, B-12, vitamin C, Omega-3 Fish Oil and sometimes low dose aspirin (I forget that one a lot) My hubs is taking fish oil, vitamin C and CoQ-10.
We’ve had two miscarriages and been TTC for a year, so in the last couple months we’ve added more stuff to our daily routine and just purchased the Ava bracelet. Idk what else we can really do at this point to up our chances 😂 I hope I’m not the only one out there with an extensive list!
