How long did it take for you to get pregnant after having the mirena removed? How long did it take for you to get your period back after removal? I had Mirena in for approx 2.5 years and my periods went away completely. We are wanting to try for baby number 2. Had mirena taken out about a month ago. Bled a few days after getting it removed and have spotted a couple of times. Dont know what to count as my period or what not to count and am starting to worry it's not coming back. Advice or thoughts would be very helpful!
