my bf is Indian and where they are from (same with a lot of middle eastern countries too) the child regardless of the sex always has the fathers first name as the middle name. 
So my daughter will be “first name” Parth Patel 
And my bf  is Parth Ashwin Patel and his sisters are Tithi Ashwin Patel and Shyama Ashwin Patel 
I don’t see why a female can’t have a masculine feminine name no one gives af about the babies middle name besides the parents honestly how many people will ever call someone’s kid by their full name 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ if the middle name has meaning and purpose I say use it
