So... I’m 17. I lost my virginity two weeks ago, which is an old for the environment I’m in. ( I’m not ashamed or proud of it, so not comments on my age. My body, my choices. Thank you.)

I’m not tiny, but I have narrow hips. ( I’m 5’5” and 115 lbs.) My boyfriend is about average and I am far from complaining. I was also on birth control on and off for about 2 years, and I’m not on it anymore and haven’t been for a couple months. I’ve heard from a few places that the pill could be the reason? That the vaginal walls are significantly more sensitive, which causes bleeding?

The first time I expected bleeding, and there was quite a bit. But, every time, there’s a noticeable amount of blood. Not just spotting or anything small. It’s actually bleeding and continues for about 10 minutes after.

Any suggestions? No judgement please. Just looking for some advice and maybe see if someone else has experienced this as well.
