I had my first pregnancy last cycle and ended with a complete miscarriage at 8 weeks. I know I ovulated this cycle because of OPKs. I’m excited that we are trying again right away because it’ll help us move on. I’m having the same twinges and pinched in my uterus already! I only ever had it one other time and that was when I got pregnant the first time! I also had creamy CM 4-5 days after so I’m waiting for that next!! Hopefully I get a BFP at 9 DPO like last time. Does anyone else get those lower pelvic/uterus cramps and pinching? Please tell me it’s a sign of pregnancy!!
