Having baby early

Ladies... if you have your baby early does it feel exactly like labor further along or is it less? Or is it not as intense because my body knows what it’s doing?!?

I’m only 31 weeks but I have had 8 contractions in the past 5 hours (nothing to get worried about yet, right) but, these are so much harder than my Braxton Hicks have been. Maybe my body is just practicing harder for the big day?

I had my first so long ago I don’t remember how this went down, and it’s my second so I’ve been told it will be different. IDK! I feel more worried about when it is happening because I have an older child to shuffle. And my husband isn’t working local jobs right now, so I’m probably just imagining it right?!
