Getting belly back
Okay so my friend told me that she never wore a band and she feels that’s the reason her stomach hasn’t returned since she had her c section over a year ago. Do you guys where the shrinkage bands to get things back into place? Should I still wear my binder from the hospital? I’m only 2 weeks pp so I know it takes time and uterus hasn’t shrunk back but I also look at my weird pouch in the mirror everyday wondering why it moves on it’s own 😂😕
