I think it depends of what "issues" there are, what you can afford, and how aggressive you would like to be.

I think it's difficult to answer this without knowing your history. What decision you make is dependent on your circumstances now, both health-wise and financial-wise. For me, IUI is very affordable because it's covered by my insurance so I'm only paying copays for my ultrasounds and the IUI itself plus for meds. IVF, on the other hand, is not covered so we're trying IUI first. That's what my doctors recommended for me first as well, so you'll have to decide based on your discussions with your doctor and your SO. Good luck to you no matter what path you take!

I have had no issues and i did two iuis both failed i think iui is most of the times wastage of money in the cost of two iuis u can do ivf where the chances are more.
