So I just wondered if anyone else has days where their symptoms are so intense, constant nausea, feeling just generally awful, tired but waking up at 4am.. and then the next day feel exhausted but no nausea/ feel generally ok.. constant roller coaster 😂when I feel ill I hate it and when I feel ok I panic that everything’s still ok 🤦🏽♀️
