Maintaining my hair

I’ve been trying to keep my hair nice and well maintained. Every time I put conditioner or grease on my hair it seems to always get dry really fast before I can even attempt to comb it. Then whenever I wash my hair it seems like it just gets tangled up more.

Any advice on what products I might need. My natural curls are very tight and needs lots of moisture
