CD 4 and already 20 mm follicle- just took Provera to induce AF due to PCOS long cycle anovulation(see notes below) supposed to begin Letrozole tomorrow ??

Doctor prescribed 10 mg Provera for 10 days to bring on a period due to long cycles and anovulation due to PCOS. On day 9 of Provera use- my period arrived. Today is currently CD4 and I have a 20 mm follicle in might right ovary! What is going on? I’m supposed to start Letrozole 5 mg tomorrow for 5 days.
