Cramping with no period?

I spotted a couple of days ago. Ever since then I have had these light cramps but no bleeding. I am on BC and just to make sure, I tested. Unfortunately I couldnt get a clear picture but I do have another test. Im on Depo. This test was with a trickle of pee (literally). Should I retest?

I definitely see a faint line but I’d retest and you’re on Depo and could possibly be pregnant. I’ve never gotten pregnant while on the shot lol. Try pink dye test as well.
