Help with heartburn?

I was kept up all night tossing and turn with heartburn. This morning I literally feel sick to my stomach. Anyone have any fool-proof tips or tricks?! I’ve done tums and brush my teeth twice already this morning.

Take Prilosec once a day and use mint flavored tums! I’ve been taking about 2 tums before bed with the Prilosec and have also slept a little propped up with extra pillows. It has helped wonders.

Make sure you are sleeping on more than one pillow. The problem is that when you're lying down, it gives the acid a chance to back up. Pillows will help tremendously.
