Conception pills?

Has anyone taken the conception pills to help fertility and if so how long were you taking them before a bfp ?

I’m following this post. 
I just finished my period yesterday and first round of Clomiphene (Clomid) 50mg po every day x 5 days (starting on day 3-7 of my cycle). Now that my period is finished and today is CD 10, I will start BD’ing. I will know if I get a positive in a few weeks.
