For whatever reason I can only hold the prenatal gummies down, I throw up the pills. 🤷🏻‍♀️ babies are weird.

I’m taking the Thorne Research Basic Prenatal Multivitamin! I follow a lot of of Dr. Rhonda Patrick’s articles and this was one she recommended along with prenatal DHA, and vitamin D!
