We are not finding out what we’re having, but of course we have a name picked out for either gender. My husband wants to keep the names a secret until the baby is born. So.... the other day I was having dinner with my mother in law and asked her of any family names that were cute. She said “well my grandma’s name was ____ but I never really knew her” and then proceeded to say that if she ever heard that name she always thought of her “fat grandma ____”. Well turns out that’s the name we had chosen for our little girl without knowing it was her grandma’s name. It’s one of the only names my husband and I can agree on and now I’m so confused at what to do. Do we keep the name and just hope she forgets what she said once the baby is born? (It may end up being a boy, so maybe it won’t matter?!). Or so we change her name since we know she hates it?! Ugh it has me stressed out LOL
