I had my 37 week appointment today. Doctor checked me since I’ve been cramping and having more frequent Braxton Hicks. I am 1cm dilated and 40% effaced. I will be getting a membrane sweep next week! Obviously it only works if the body and baby is ready, but it’s worked with all 3 of my previous pregnancies. The key to it actually working is walking after. Like seriously, WALK WALK WALK. If you go home and take it easy or rest, it’s like putting yourself in bed rest. Due date is January 3rd, so if I do go into labor it’ll only be 12 days early. I’m ok with that. I want her to cook as long as she needs to but yet I am so done with this😫
