So 2 months ago my fiancé called the cops on his buddies girl. She had taken me to a meth house earlier in the day but we decided to let that go (still not associate with her) and then we were at their house for 2 minutes dropping of my fiancé’s friends part of their pay from working earlier. Well we were in our car and she runs over and starts yelling at my him (I did call the cops about the meth house situation Incase I inhaled any meth, I was trying to get a job and needed a report done) so she was pissed. She ended up punching him in the face and so he called the cops (she was pregnant, we were trying to handle it maturely) and all went well basically. Well they moved the court date from the original day and then set it for a day in November. The girl was not given a notice to appear and it was 2 days from thanksgiving and he accidentally forgot. So he got subpoenaed to appear yesterday. He got the notice 5 days before and we love 2 1/2 hours away now. So he called and got it set up so that they would call him at the time of the court date. BUT. The stupid person i the states of attorneys office forgot to actually record that so NOW my fiancé doesn’t yet but is going to have a warrant for his arrest in that county. Mind you, I am 6 weeks pregnant tomorrow. Our life was coming together. We were about to buy a car and I had signed up for school and he’s starting a job on Monday. I’m so upset I feel sick to my stomach.. if this happens I’ll also have to move in with my mom and start school there and it’s not as good. His grandpa had a lawyer and he said he’ll take care of it if they do decide to put a warrant out on him but I just don’t want this.
