Help!

I need some input. My SO has what I think is the horrid stomach flu. I’ve been suffering with a nasty cold for a few days. Neither of us have a fever but I know one is more contagious. Is there really a good chance I can get knocked down with both of these at the same time? Seriously praying since I have one, my body won’t want another. 😭 I don’t have kids and usually just go with the flow and occasionally take Vit C.
