Protein nut milk vs almond milk
Has anyone use protein nut milk? My daughter turns one tomorrow and we don’t use cows milk, and she also may have an allergy to milk. Almond milk has 1gram of protein but the nut milk has 10 grams.. we are going to the doctors Tuesday and keeping her on formula as doctor asked until then, to talk about choices of milks for her
