Symptoms going away?

Past two of three days my breasts aren’t tender and I’m barely nauseous. 7 weeks. Has anyone else had this happen and everything was fine?

It’s normal they can come and go they can stay your entire pregnancy they can stop altogether or show up randomly towards the end.

My breast tenderness went away for two days back in my 6th week, but it returned and everything is fine! I’ve read a lot of women say sometimes symptoms come and go
