When should I test?

I’m currently 8 dpo and I’m getting anxious to test. I have a first response early detection test at home. TMI - I’ve had super sore nipples the last few days (which I have not experienced during my other cycles). 
I know I ovulated on dec 5th since I used the clear blue digital opk.

I don’t o for 36 hrs after first positive test. So you may be less than 8 dpo. I start at 9 but that’s bc I have cheapies. Save my frer for when I get a vvfl in those

I’m the same DPO! If you have cheapies you could test but I’d say wait till the day before or day of expected AF. I have cheapies and have taken a couple and honestly, it’s not worth the disappointment if/when it shows negative as it is still early.
