Just had my 6w PP visit and the doctor saw granulated tissue where the stitches are from delivery, right where I tore at the base of the vagina... my stitches had all dissolved, and everything felt better, except this one spot when I sit a certain way, and it looked like I still had blood there. Turns out it was “granulated tissue!” He did some procedure right there which burned a lot, and now it hurts.

Anyone from this or prior birth have this? How did it heal? He said I could have sex tonight if we wanted to and that everything had healed... this hurts!!

When I googled it, seems women have problems from it 😓 I’m hoping someone in our group had it and it was a non-issue! All I’ve seen are negative experiences when googling!
