How do teen moms do it?

I feel like I’m struggling like crazy but how do young girls in their mid teens do this? Financial support, sure. But... wtf. They must be stronger than me bc Ive been having meltdowns. I’m 21 ftm

I had my son at 19 and I broke down all the time. It’s a combination of hormones and adapting to a new way of life. It’s totally normal for all Mom’s ESPECIALLY first time moms, to feel overwhelmed and break down after having a baby. That being said, Post-partum depression is a serious thing and if you find yourself getting very depressed, you should seek help. I had PPD for almost 5 years after I had my son, and yes it can last that long if left untreated. Good luck mama, and hang in there. There is no better mother out there for your baby than YOU. You got this :)
