5 weeks bleeding low progesterone

I’ve been bleeding pink and brown for 3 days with some red blood but it has only shown up twice. Some cramping nothing that I’m dying over but I have not bleed onto my underwear it’s only when I wipe. I went to the dr and have my second ultrasound sound they just told me I have low progesterone. I think I’m having a miscarriage but they told me everything seemed fine but I’m still bleeding. Anyone have the same problem? They did prescribe progesterone pills.
