I'm 2 days late I've had positive pregnancy test since the 9th .....I woke up cramping.i went to the bathroom I have been constipated for a week .I had a BM at 2am and when I wiped there was a little bit of pink blood ....I hope every thing is okay I think I'm around 3-4 weeks pregnant.i have a appointment Thursday 20th
