I’m not ttc, so I haven’t been paying close attention to my cycles. I’ve been off birth control for a few months, due to the way it made me feel (irritable, sick, etc) and my first month off was super crazy. My cycle ended up being like 45 days. So this is my second cycle since, and I guess because BC stops you from ovulating, when you come off ovulation is just super wack? Like according to Glow, I should have ovulated a few days ago, but all day today I’ve had crazy amounts of EWCM, I had spotting, I’ve been cramping in my lower abdomen, my boobs are KILLING me and I’ve been so nauseas and dizzy. According to American Pregnancy, this is all normal for Ovulation, but like, damn. I’ve never had ANY of these symptoms before. I’ve never spotted between periods, my boobs are usually only tender around my period, same with cramping, and the nausea I’ve been experiencing today is so similar to the nausea I went through with my pregnancy. I guess I’m just wondering if anybody has experienced this? Crazy ovulation symptoms? Because when I was ttc I could not tell when I was ovulating, around month 8 of ttc I finally bought ovulation tests to help me out (that’s when I conceived). Y’all keep me from losing my mind please! There’s no way I’m pregnant, right?
