3 days late

Hello everyone! I’m super new to this so I’m asking for help! I’m now 3 days late for my period (almost never late) and I’ve had 2 negative tests already. I’m just not sure what to do. Do I wait longer and take another one? Do I call the doctor? Pleasseee help!! Or any advise would be greatly appreciated!!💕
