Im 3 months postpartum, I am currently feeding my baby a combination of breast milk and formula. My period is still nowhere to be found. I do feel really sleepy and really hungry just like I felt when I was pregnant. Is it possible I could be pregnant again? Even if Im on the pill and breastfeeding?
