Kinda long post!

My husband & I were ttc baby #4. We were letting family know we were trying so they wouldn't be suprised when we would announce.

So 3months into ttc my husband's cousin called us to let us know she was expecting her first & we were extremely happy for her, she didn't announce to us till she was 4 months along cause of some difficulties she had in the beginning with her pregnancy.

So fast forward.. 2 months later i find out we're expecting our 4th baby and due August 2019! So i called her to let her know our news! & she was crying and happy for us. Well it kinda took a turn, when she asked us if we wanted to know what we were having & we said we didnt(This is something my husband & i had planned since before we found out about her pregnancy). Well her face expression and tone of voice changed & told us she had to go... So a few days later she texted me again, asking me the same thing & i responded with the same answer, and i think she's a little upset cause she's not finding out either, she's already 6months along. So she basically told me that she doesn't think it would be special since its our 4th and we have always found out about the gender, she doesn't think I'll make it without wanting to know and that its more special to her since its her first. How do i tell her this is something we had planned way before her pregnancy, & we just didn't say since we were still trying at the moment. Without coming off as rude. I dont want her to think we copied her or anything like that.
