Ovidrel/2 Round of Letrozole/Cronine gel
My first round of Letrozole didn't work this time, so my RE out me on a 2nd round of Letrozole and increased the dose from 7.5mg to 10mg. I went back a week later and I got one 22mm follicle ready to go!
She instructed me to have timed intercourse and on Thursday after sex (which was yesterday) she said to inject the Ovidrel syringe to boost my ovulation. On Saturday (tomorrow) I have to start Progesterone gel twice a day until my next appointment on sept. 4th, when she'll find out if I'm pregnant or not.
I'm praying to God that this time it works! It's the first time I've incorporated Ovidrel and progesterone with the Letrozole. It's been a year this month that my husband and I have been TTC and now that we've been working with an RE about my PCOS/hormone problems I hope that we'll be close to getting our first baby!
Any success from other ladies with these medications? I'd like to know.
